What is already there stays.
Not every building starts from scratch. If a door intercom is already running – a Siedle system, say – it does not have to come out for access control to be brought up to date. We connect UniFi Access to the existing installation rather than replacing it.

We pull the cable ourselves.
With UniFi almost everything runs on one cable – access point, camera, door reader, phone, all over PoE. So whoever plans the network should also know where the cable runs. On request we lay Cat 7 cable, fit the outlets and terminate the runs. One trade fewer to coordinate.

What clients ask before we start.
Do you only work in Berlin?
No. Short-notice on-site visits cover Berlin and the surrounding area, but we have installed further afield as well. For ongoing care the location makes no difference anyway — monitoring and remote support work wherever you are.
Do we have to replace all our existing equipment?
Usually not. Siedle door intercoms and comparable existing systems get integrated rather than torn out. We look at what is already there first, and replace only what genuinely stands in the way.
Do you lay the network cable yourselves?
Yes. Pulling, terminating and testing Cat7 is part of the job, including PoE for access points, cameras and door readers. It is the part most IT providers hand off — we keep it in house.
Can you join several sites into one network?
Yes. Site Magic links multiple sites into a single network. Where digging is not an option, we bridge the distance over airMAX or airFiber point-to-point radio.
Who looks after the network once it is installed?
We do, if you want us to: monitoring, updates and proactive care continue as a managed service, and the support line is reachable outside office hours. You are equally free to run it yourselves — either way it is handed over documented.
What does a UniFi network cost?
That depends on floor area, how many devices there are and how much cabling is needed. A number without seeing the place would be a guess, so we walk the rooms and put the cost in front of you before anything is commissioned.
